We are QuickBooks certified and provide software consulting, set-up, training and support. Whether first time user or migrating to QuickBooks we are committed to ensure clients are in the right accounting software that fits their needs and budget, that set up is done correctly, and users are properly trained on the software. Discounts are offered on software purchase and on other various QuickBooks products.
We provide customized bookkeeping/accounting services remotely or on-site, tailored to the client needs and request. We will work with clients anywhere in the United States if the client wants to use the online version of QuickBooks and on site-visits are not required. We mainly serve clients for on-site visits in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area and certain areas in Hampton Roads. Many clients want a combination of remote access with occasional on-site visits and we are happy to accommodate each individual client to what they prefer. Our rates are reasonable, transparent, with assessments of each engagement, appropriately evaluating the scope of work to be performed.
One of our niche is Government Contract Accounting where we provide the necessary level of detail to be compliant with regulations for Government Contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). QuickBooks is a commonly used software acceptable and able for accumulation of costs into cost pools by contract or job as required by the government. We will establish a system that segregates direct from indirect costs, direct costs by contract/task, indirect costs by indirect cost pools, from unallowable costs. It will be consistent across contract types and facilitate your indirect cost calculations. We can also assist in establishing a good timekeeping system that meets the government contract criteria because labor costs need to be documented and reconciled to the approved timekeeping records.
